What To Write For A Hens Card

always wanted a tree house, must be a totally different experience to be surrounded by cold cement so typical of our day to day (live in town or on the coast).

It's been a couple of days sailing via Tumblr and Flickr I found a series of photographs of homes built in the trees, as is shown below these lines.

some research, I found enough information (here a page in English is a tutorial on how to build your tree house ), even in English on how to build a townhouse on a tree even companies that are engaged in montártela or make you the sketch and the projection as Urbanarbolismo , in its English-language websites have tutorials on how to build, as well as tips and news related to architecture, sustainability and ecology.

There are plenty of stunning photography blog that collect, such as under these lines found in IdeasGeek .

Most surprising of all I've seen on plant architecture, I've found a way not in the videos of scientific popularization and TED, one of them Mitchell Joachim, explains how you are creating architectures because of the plants alive and will soon be able to live in houses with trees and plants alive. Here the video.

Bereavement Letter From Church

The housing problems of the City of Buenos Aires is manifested, it explodes and gets to kill. Difficult this situation is resolved soon. While the authorities put patches and "wired", the solution is more and more away. This issue we see there on the South Side, is also near the Obelisk, in the most touristic of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, La Boca, a few meters from the Casa Rosada. There coexist property taken, tenement at risk of collapse, pension hotels where they live from 8 to 10 people in a room of minimum actions, similar or worse conditions of that show in awe means of "distant villages of the south."

While discussing the plans for housing in cities all over the world a growing percentage of families choose to rent just like a viable workaround. But in Buenos Aires, to the possibilities of renting apartments in appropriate conditions are insignificant. Behind a facade hiding picturesque usury violence, structural danger and helplessness of those who are excluded formal market rents. For two years
Habitat for Humanity Argentina, offers these families a project "under the Care Rentals, where we provide a security and social support for access to rents in suitable environments. However, we could locate only 4 families of the 100 who have registered for two very related to the situation which exploded in the southern city of Buenos Aires

- Lack of law to resolve breaches rental contracts.
- Lack of supply units for rent.

addition, a year ago to expedite the necessary permits to build suitable units for fair rents in the neighborhood of La Boca but there are many obstacles, ranging from bureaucracy to petty and unrealistic positions which ignore the housing emergency in that city. There are over 100 thousand units in disuse or misuse in Buenos Aires, while another 100 thousand families living in conditions that today threaten the health and future of their / our children. Urge

a political decision to support the different projects presented by NGOs, focused on urban housing and to refurbish these areas and emergency relief housing, among others, the tourist neighborhood and also more precarious Buenos City Aires.

EDITORIAL: THE DREAM OF WALTER

Walter with his wife and son lived for three years in an informal settlement called "January 22" , in La Matanza, Province of Buenos Aires. Since coming to the neighborhood, he built with his own efforts a small piece, which could provide shelter for his family. He became interested in our organization after attending a Habitat store that took place in their neighborhood, and in which volunteer architects, lawyers and other professionals provided pro bono technical assistance to families low income in poor housing conditions.
was in the tent at Habitat Store, where Walter said his dream home for the first time and asked for help to improve your home. The team of architects talked about his case and concluded that it would require a more thorough consultation, so he visited his home two weeks later.

Walter described his dream house, with steps at the entrance, a canopy above the main door and a living / dining room. Cree necessary to have two rooms, as they are planning to expand the family. In describing this, as told to imagine a dim light coming from a low wall that divides the kitchen from the dining room so that when you get up at night to see their children sleep, without the need to turn the main lights. He also described as expand its utility and would be connected to a barbecue, where he could meet his family on holidays and birthdays.

At the request of technical volunteers, Walter began to draw on paper a plan of how he imagined his future home. Then everyone went to visit his plot of land in the imagination to make it their home soil in real dimensions. Suddenly, his future home began to take measures, dimensions, materials and stages. The dream was a dream, had become a project.

The architects described the stage, made an estimated list of materials and tasks you will ever make, and he promised to return to advise on construction details. At the time of parting, Walter surprised everyone with an invitation to the inauguration of the house of their dreams and asked Diego (one of the architects volunteers) if I wanted to be the godfather of the house. Diego agreed.

The family is waiting for another meeting, and hopes to someday receive brigades of volunteers to help in building his dream, a dream which shows that working together and appropriate advice, any wish can come true.
