However, we could locate only 4 families of the 100 who have registered for two very related to the situation in these last days Soldati:
- the incompetence of the law to resolve breaches of leases: fear of "I become squatters which leads to distrust and extreme conditions now required for rent, and
- the lack of units on offer for rent
